UAE Passport Holders — No Visa Needed
If you hold a UAE passport, you can fly to Bali and enter Indonesia without any visa application. UAE nationals receive visa-free entry for 30 days — just land at Ngurah Rai Airport in Denpasar, clear immigration with your passport, and you are in. No paperwork, no fees, no advance application. Your passport must have at least 6 months validity from your date of entry and at least two blank pages.
Indian Passport Holders — eVOA Required
Indian nationals living in the UAE need an electronic Visa on Arrival (eVOA) before travelling to Bali. The eVOA costs IDR 500,000 (approximately AED 120) and allows a 30-day stay, extendable once for another 30 days. You can apply online through the official Indonesian immigration portal or let Al Baron Tourism handle the application for you — share your documents on WhatsApp and we process it within 24–48 hours. The eVOA is strongly recommended over the airport counter VOA because it lets you skip the long immigration queues and go straight to the autogates at Ngurah Rai Airport.
Filipino Passport Holders — Visa-Free Entry
Philippine passport holders enjoy visa-free entry to Indonesia for 30 days. No application needed — just arrive with a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and clear immigration. If you want to stay longer than 30 days, you will need to apply for a separate visa before travelling.
Pakistani Passport Holders — Embassy Visa Required
Pakistani nationals cannot use the eVOA system or visa-free entry. You must apply for an Indonesia embassy visa before travelling. The application goes through the Indonesian Embassy in Abu Dhabi or through an authorised agent like Al Baron Tourism. Processing takes 3–7 working days. Through Al Baron Tourism, the total cost is AED 550 (embassy fee + service charge). Special rate for Pakistani passport holders: AED 500 — save AED 50 when you book through Al Baron Tourism.
Egyptian Passport Holders — eVOA Available
Egyptian nationals living in the UAE can apply for the eVOA online before departure. The process is the same as for Indian passport holders — apply through the official portal or through Al Baron Tourism, pay IDR 500,000 (approximately AED 120), and receive approval within 24–48 hours. If you prefer the full embassy visa route, Al Baron Tourism offers a special rate of AED 500 for Egyptian passport holders (standard price AED 550).
Lebanese Passport Holders — Embassy Visa Required
Lebanese nationals need to apply for an embassy visa through the Indonesian diplomatic mission. The eVOA is not available for Lebanese passports. Processing takes 3–7 working days through Al Baron Tourism, and we offer a special rate of AED 500 for Lebanese passport holders — AED 50 less than the standard AED 550 fee.
Bangladeshi and Sri Lankan Passport Holders
Both nationalities require an embassy visa — neither qualifies for visa-free entry or eVOA. Apply through Al Baron Tourism with standard processing of 3–7 working days at AED 550 total.
What Documents Do You Need?
Regardless of your nationality, every Indonesia/Bali visa application from the UAE requires:
For eVOA: Valid passport (6+ months validity, 2 blank pages), passport-size photo, return flight booking, and payment of IDR 500,000.
For Embassy Visa: Valid passport (6+ months validity, 2 blank pages), completed application form, two recent passport-size photos, round-trip flight itinerary, hotel booking or accommodation proof, bank statement showing sufficient funds, travel health insurance, and proof of employment or NOC letter from your UAE sponsor.
How Long Can You Stay in Bali?
Visa-free entry and eVOA both allow 30 days in Indonesia. The eVOA can be extended once for another 30 days (total 60 days) by visiting an immigration office in Bali. Embassy visas typically allow 60 days depending on the type granted. If you plan to stay longer than 60 days, you will need a different visa category — contact Al Baron Tourism for guidance on long-stay options.
